The crisis facing young women today is not simply a crisis of bad choices. It is a crisis of inadequate formation.

Our mental health crisis is simply a formation crisis.

It is the intentional work of building the mindset, habits, character, and interior strength — because it is not just about having freedom. It is about achieving interior freedom: the freedom to choose our highest good.

Our Feminine Genius. It Cannot Be Genderless.
The sexual revolution did not liberate women — it suppressed their nature. And we are seeing the consequence of a genderless culture play out on college campuses every day.
The fight for equality neutered the distinction between men and women, convincing women to suppress their fertility and deny the very design that makes them who they are.
The truth is this: women cannot find true fulfillment outside of their God-given design.
The result is not only personal struggle. It is civilizational decline.
When women are not formed, relationships suffer.
When relationships suffer, homes weaken.
When homes weaken, culture deteriorates.
If we want renewal, we must begin by forming women again.

What's the Solution to the Crisis?
Intentional Feminine Formation.
We are introducing a Feminine Formation Program to our Catholic college campuses — as a supplement to their college education with the human formation every young woman deserves.
How it works:
Feminine Formation Course
The Woman School offers How to Be a Woman: Formation 101 — a 6-class foundational course focused on mindset and skill development, rooted in Catholic anthropology and ordered toward Truth, Beauty, and Goodness. Online, with guided formation homework to help each woman study herself.
Feminine Formation Circle
The women meet weekly or bi-weekly to discuss the course material and hold each other accountable as they grow deeper into their formation journey. Each circle is led by a trained formator who facilitates the discussion.
Feminine Mentorship
The women have designated time to access mentorship from a trained Woman School mentor — the guidance that turns learning into lived formation, and questions into confident answers.
