Catholic Feminine Formation equips your team and your community with practical formation, mentorship, mindset, and skills-based training rooted in Catholic anthropology — so your mission flourishes from the inside out.
Catholic-mission organizations are uniquely positioned to form the women in their care — the women they employ AND the women they serve. When you form the women, you transform the mission. — The case for organizational formation
Let's be honest — the women carrying the most consequential missions in the Church and culture are often the most depleted. The pregnancy center counselor, the apostolate director, the Catholic school teacher, the healthcare worker, the women on faculty — they pour out daily, and few institutions are equipped to pour back into them.— The Woman School · Catholic Feminine Formation
In a culture that distorts femininity and leaves women exhausted and underformed, Catholic Feminine Formation offers practical life training rooted in Catholic anthropology — so we can raise up women who are mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually whole.
Mission flows through formed women. When we form them, we transform what they carry.
The crisis we are seeing in Catholic organizations is not a crisis of mission. It is a crisis of formation.
Too many women on the front lines of the Church and Catholic culture are mission-aligned, theologically rich, and apostolically zealous — yet deeply underequipped for the demands of their roles, their relationships, and their own interior lives.
They are zealous — but exhausted.
They are formed in faith — but not in life skills.
They are committed to mission — but unsupported in their own formation.
They are pouring out — but rarely poured into.
This is why we are seeing burnout, attrition, and quiet drift in mission-driven women across the Church.
The retention crisis in Catholic apostolates is, at its root, a formation crisis.
We have a duty to invest in the formation of the women who carry our mission — so they become whole adults who serve from abundance, not depletion.
Formation is the preemptive work.
It is the intentional work of building the mindset, habits, character, and interior strength — because mission is not sustained on zeal alone. It is sustained on formation.
"How can a woman serve the will of God if her will has not first been formed?" — The question at the heart of feminine formation
We assume the women on our teams — the counselors, teachers, nurses, directors, sisters, faculty, and staff — already have the formation they need. Many do not.
They have faith, but not formation. They have a calling, but not the practical skills to sustain it.
The truth is this: the women carrying our mission deserve the same intentional formation we so often reserve for the women they serve.
When the women on our teams are not formed, mission suffers.
When mission suffers, the women we serve receive less.
When the women we serve receive less, the entire culture loses ground.
If we want renewal in the Church, we must begin by forming the women who already say yes to the work.
Let's form the women on our teams before burnout takes them from us.
We are introducing a Feminine Formation Program to Catholic organizations and workplaces — supplementing the formation your team already receives with the practical, integrated formation every woman deserves.
How it works:
Two formation pathways custom-built to your audience: How to Be a Woman: Formation 101 — a 6-class foundational course, and The New Woman Masterclass — a comprehensive formation journey for women 18+. Choose one, the other, or both. Each woman receives a digital workbook (print available for purchase).
The women meet weekly or bi-weekly to discuss the course material and hold each other accountable as they grow deeper into their formation journey. Each circle is led by a trained formator who facilitates the discussion.
The women have designated time to access mentorship from a trained Woman School mentor — the guidance that turns learning into lived formation, and questions into confident answers.
We are building a feminine revival across the Catholic mission landscape — by reclaiming femininity through formation in the very places where formation is most needed.
We envision Catholic organizations where every woman is:
This is not simply about helping women avoid burnout.
It is about preparing them to flourish — as the leaders, mothers, sisters, professionals, and missionaries they are called to be.
6 classes. 24 lessons. Every skill women wish someone had taught them. Ideal for younger women, college-aged staff, volunteers, or the women you serve. For staff, faculty, and women in vocational seasons of life, the comprehensive New Woman Masterclass is also available.
Rooted in Catholic anthropology. Ordered toward Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.
A comprehensive formation journey designed to form a woman in mindset, skillset, and virtue across every arena of her life. Ideal for staff, faculty, leaders, and women in vocational seasons of life.

Catholic Feminine Formation is built for organizations doing the most consequential work in the Church and culture today. Here is what it looks like in practice.
You are forming both the women who counsel — and the women who walk through your doors.
The counselor at the front desk shepherds women through the most consequential decisions of their lives. She needs more than training in client services — she needs formation as a whole woman. And the women she serves often arrive carrying wounds, fears, and confusion about their own dignity. Both populations deserve the formation that helps them see themselves as women God created with intention.
This is not just program delivery. It is the healing of women on both sides of the table.
"This work is so important to me because it has brought the why in my life — not only to my struggles, pains, and hardships, but more importantly to my dreams, goals, vision, and future."
— Myra · Masterclass Graduate
You are forming the women on your team — and shaping the culture of your company.
The women in your organization hold your culture, mentor younger employees, and carry significant institutional knowledge. When they thrive, retention strengthens, leadership pipelines build, and your company embodies the Catholic values it was founded to express. When they burn out, the cost is felt in every department.
Investing in formation is investing in the women who shape what your organization becomes.
"This Masterclass has made me a more enjoyable person to be around overall, which has had positive effects on all my relationships. I have been able to grow in my family, friendships, and work relationships."
— Morgan · Masterclass Graduate
You are forming the women who form the next generation.
The women on your faculty and staff are shaping the lives of your students every day — through the classroom, through mentorship, through the culture they create on campus. Their formation directly shapes what your students absorb. A formed woman teaching, advising, or leading on a Catholic campus multiplies the formation work happening in your students' lives.
Faculty and staff formation is not separate from student formation. It is the foundation of it.
"I've been in education for 20 years. We are encouraged and taught how to be our best in our work and in life, so we can help other women do the same."
— Mary Beth · Educator
You are forming the women who carry out the mission.
Whether your organization equips Catholics through media, education, formation curricula, healthcare, or apostolic outreach, the women on your team are the soul of your mission delivery. Their formation directly shapes what your audience receives. A formed woman teaching, writing, mentoring, producing, or serving is more effective in every dimension than an unformed one — no matter how brilliant.
Formed women carry mission further. Always.
"I worked for over 10 years as a psychologist in clinical practice. This program empowers women in a far more efficient, effective, and complete manner than I could in weekly therapy sessions."
— Dr. Eve · Psychologist
Catholic Feminine Formation is designed to be simple for organizations to implement and strong enough to create lasting impact across your team and the women you serve.
Contact The Woman School to begin a discovery conversation. We tailor the program to your organization's audience, mission, and goals — selecting the right course (Formation 101, the New Woman Masterclass, or both), the right delivery rhythm, and the right scale for your team and the women you serve.
A Woman School Trained Formator is assigned to your organization to lead the launch and train your internal leaders. You also receive access to the CFF Leader & Circle Guides classroom inside the Woman School Community on Skool — your library of training materials, leader resources, and ongoing facilitator support.
You receive a dedicated Woman School Ambassador for continuous support throughout the partnership year, plus optional live components from January Donovan — keynote speaking, retreat days, and on-site formation workshops customized to your organization.
Many programs inspire women. Few prepare them.
Catholic Feminine Formation is different because it does not stop at ideas, theology, or motivation. It helps women actually develop the interior and practical capacity to live well.
This means formation in areas such as:
Young women do not only need to know what is true. They need formation that helps them embody it.
When the women carrying your mission receive feminine formation, your organization sees:
This is why formation matters — for organizations.
Because formed women do not simply sustain mission — they multiply it.
Catholic Feminine Formation is rooted in a Catholic vision of the human person, the dignity of woman, and the call to virtue, wholeness, and holiness.
We believe the formation of women should be faithful to the truths of the Church while also giving women practical tools for everyday life.
Faith formation and feminine formation belong together.
A woman's faith gives her direction. Formation gives her greater capacity to live it.
"God's glory is man fully alive."
— St. Irenaeus of Lyon
The renewal of culture begins when women become more fully alive in God — formed in truth, strengthened in virtue, and capable of giving life to the world around them.
Catholic Feminine Formation is for:
If you are responsible for the women on your team — and the women your team serves — this is for you.
Instead of asking each woman to purchase individually — your organization makes a partnership commitment and opens formation to your entire community of staff, volunteers, and women served. Use it as team formation, leadership development, retention, and mission delivery — all through one partnership.
How Tiers WorkYour tier is based on your organization's scale — not how many women enroll. Every tier includes unlimited access. Bring every woman you can reach. Our team confirms the right fit during onboarding.
The same full offering — regardless of your organization's size. Your tier reflects your scale, not your access.
Not ready to commit to a full annual partnership up front? Begin with a pilot partnership scoped to a single cohort or department — the same trained Formator, the same digital workbooks, and the same access to the CFF Leader & Circle Guides classroom on Skool. Once your team has experienced the formation, expand to a full annual partnership across your whole organization.

The Woman School's formation framework is rooted in the Church's teaching on the human person, the feminine genius, and the Theology of the Body as articulated by St. John Paul II — integrating Catholic anthropology with practical, skill-based formation for the whole woman.
"I worked for over 10 years as a psychologist in clinical practice. My experience with The Woman School has been nothing short of amazing. This program empowers women in a far more efficient, effective, and complete manner than I could in weekly therapy sessions."
"Having worked in the healthcare field for over 21 years, last year was one of the toughest periods in my life. The Masterclass helped me to manage my mindset during times of extreme stress and overwhelm — and elevated the skills of how I served my patients."
"I've been in education for 20 years. We are encouraged and taught how to be our best in our work and in life, so we can help other women do the same. We are surrounded by other women who support and cheer each other on in the journey."
"Recently I have been affirmed on multiple occasions by my therapist that I am not the same person I used to be. I took a two-year hiatus from counseling, and during that time I took the Masterclass. She told me to keep doing what I'm doing — and is now referring the class to her other clients."
"This work is so important to me because it has brought the why in my life — not only to my struggles, pains, and hardships, but more importantly to my dreams, goals, vision, and future. The Masterclass helped me contribute my light in a more wholesome way."
"January's genius is her ability to take complex philosophy and make it simple for any woman to apply. She teaches us how to integrate the whole woman and how to live out holiness in modern times. Her message is not only relevant but prophetic for our times."
